Zend is a platform for sharing and discovering media content, including, but not limited to movies, TV shows, books, songs, and podcasts. We encourage a respectful and positive experience. In line with this commitment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Users are solely responsible for the content they share on Zend. We do not endorse or support any user-generated content. However, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform. As such:
If you encounter objectionable content or behavior on Zend, please use the reporting mechanism within the app. We review all reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours, including content removal and user suspension or termination, to ensure community safety.
Content uploaded should be respectful and lawful. Offensive, explicit, or graphic content is discouraged, and Zend has discretion over content acceptability.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use Zend.
Zend is not responsible for content created within the app or provided by external content providers. We do not endorse or support user-generated content.
Zend respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from its users. Plagiarism and infringement are not tolerated.
Zend is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we strive to offer a seamless user experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
This EULA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use Zend for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
This license is effective until terminated by either you or Zend. It will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
Zend may provide updates, upgrades, and maintenance to improve user experience. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of new terms and conditions.
Your use of Zend involves the collection and use of your data, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Additionally, please review our Terms of Service for more comprehensive terms governing your use of Zend.
Zend reserves the right to modify this EULA to reflect changes in law, our services, or any other aspect impacting use of the app. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting in the app or on our website. Continued use of Zend after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zend and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Zend.
You agree to use Zend in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
This EULA and your use of Zend are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
