Any feedback or suggestions provided to Zend regarding the app becomes our property and may be used without obligation or compensation to the contributor.
Zend may update these terms, effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Zend signifies acceptance of new terms.
Use of third-party applications integrated with Zend is subject to their terms of service.
Non-compliance with these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Zend addresses technical issues but is not liable for service interruptions or malfunctions.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration or mediation before seeking legal recourse.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zend and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Zend.
You agree to use Zend in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
